EXP-JBR is a range of flameproof conduit outlet and junction boxes in die-cast aluminium ADC12, Ex db IIC T6/T5 Gb for gas Zones 1 and 2 and Ex tb IIIC T80 °C/T95 °C Db for dust Zones 21 and 22, sealed to IP66 and rated up to 800 V AC. Shape KB1 is certified Ex db IIB+H2: suitable for hydrogen, but not for acetylene or carbon disulphide.
Four enclosure families cover 13 shape codes, A1 to KB1, with M20, M25 or M32 × 1.5 or 1/2", 3/4" or 1" NPT threads, under certificate IECEx TPS 25.0081X. Rated current is up to 41 A depending on shape and conductor size. Fit separately certified entry devices and blanking elements, IP66 minimum, in every hole.
