Increased-safety GRP terminal boxes for Zones 1, 2, 21 and 22, in eleven certified shapes.
EX-PD65 is a range of glass-fibre reinforced polyester terminal boxes in RAL 9011 graphite black, Ex eb IIC T6…T4 Gb for gas Zones 1 and 2 and Ex tb IIIC T80 °C…T110 °C Db for dust Zones 21 and 22, sealed to IP65 with stainless exposed fasteners. A non-metallic box suits corrosive and coastal sites; because it is non-metallic, it must be cleaned with a damp cloth only and kept away from conditions that build up static charge.
Eleven certified shapes run from 110 × 139 × 100 mm (65-A) to 358 × 718 × 220 mm (65-F1), under certificate IECEx TUR 26.0013X. Each box is assembled to order with certified WDU / UK series terminals, at up to 690 V.
