SS316 stainless, galvanized iron (GI), cold-rolled steel (CRST), and aluminum, stocked in 0.48–2 mm thicknesses, ready for cutting and forming.

5-Stage Painting Line, Up to Class 4

Common questions

Do you offer powder coating and painting as a stand-alone service?

Yes. Powder coating, wet painting, and oven curing are available stand-alone, drop-off / pick-up for steel-fabrication factories without their own finishing line, as well as part of a full fabricated job.

What cutting methods does NLC use for sheet metal?

We cut mild steel, stainless, and aluminum by mechanical CNC guillotine shearing, which gives clean, square edges and tight, repeatable tolerances. We do not use laser or plasma cutting.

What does the fabrication line cover?

Sheet-metal cutting (shearing), CNC punching & machining, press-brake bending, spot welding, and assembly & fitment, taking a part from sheet to finished assembly entirely in-house.

What surface preparation is used before coating?

A five-stage line: degreasing, rinse, phosphating, a second rinse, and passivation. This is the foundation of a durable class 4 coating.

What colors and finishes are available?
