Flameproof LED luminaire for Zone 1 and Zone 21, in two sizes from 20 W to 200 W, with an emergency version.
EXP-HD is a flameproof LED luminaire, Ex db IIC Gb for gas Zones 1 and 2 and Ex tb IIIC Db for dust Zones 21 and 22. Lamp heatsink, driver enclosure and glass frame are die-cast ADC12 aluminium with a tempered-glass cover, gasketed to IP66; only the driver enclosure cover is opened for installation and maintenance.
Two sizes cover 20 W to 200 W: HD1 up to 100 W and HD2 from 100 W to 200 W. The temperature class runs from T6 / T80 °C to T4 / T130 °C by wattage and ambient, under certificate IECEx NEP 25.0019X. An emergency version (-EM) is certified for HD1 up to 50 W and HD2 up to 100 W, at -20 °C to +50 °C. Mounting includes 90° and 25° pole supports, pendant pipe and surface bracket.
