Increased-safety LED floodlight for Zone 2 gas and Zone 21/22 dust areas, in four sizes from 20 W to 300 W.
EXP-FL is an increased-safety LED floodlight, Ex ec IIC Gc for Zone 2 gas areas and Ex tb IIIC Db for Zones 21 and 22. The die-cast aluminium body with stainless hardware is sealed to IP66, and the power box opens from the top through a circular cover.
Four sizes cover 20 W to 300 W: FL1 up to 70 W, FL2 from 80 W to 150 W, FL3 from 60 W to 200 W and FL4 from 200 W to 300 W. Every catalogue wattage is rated T3 / T100 °C at ambients up to +55 °C under certificate IECEx PCET 25.0005X, Issue 1. Optics of 40°, 60°, 90° and 120° are offered, with eleven mounting arrangements from wall and ceiling brackets to trunnion, pole and stanchion fittings.
