An Automatic Transfer Switch monitors the utility supply and, on detection of a fault or outage, sends a start signal to the standby generator and transfers the load automatically. When utility power returns, the ATS switches back and shuts down the generator.
Schneider Electric's TransferPacT Active ATS provides programmable transfer logic, voltage and frequency monitoring, and onboard event logging, available with ComPact MCCB or MasterPact ACB switching elements.
For full technical specifications, datasheets, and certifications, refer to Schneider Electric's official product range:

NLC's Automatic Transfer Switches are rated up to 6300 A.
They are built with Schneider Electric's TransferPacT Active, MasterPact NW/MTZ, EasyPact MVS, ComPact NS, and EasyPact CVS ranges, available with ComPact MCCB or MasterPact ACB switching elements.
Yes. The ATS offers Modbus communication and BMS integration, alongside programmable transfer logic and voltage, frequency, and phase monitoring.
Typical applications include hospitals and healthcare facilities, data centres and telecom sites, government and security buildings, and hotels, airports, and 24/7 commercial sites.
Yes. The ATS provides adjustable transfer and re-transfer time delays, alongside programmable transfer logic, so the changeover can be tuned to the generator and load behaviour on each site.
Both options are available. The TransferPacT Active ATS can be configured with ComPact MCCB switching elements or MasterPact ACB switching elements depending on the current rating and project requirements.
