SEC 115/13.8 kV Substation, Dammam is a semi-government sector reference located in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, delivered in 2026. National Lighting Company (NLC) carried out the following scope on this project: lighting supply. The end user of record is Saudi Electricity Company.

Established in 1993, NLC is a Saudi lighting manufacturer headquartered in Dammam, producing LED luminaires and lighting systems in-house.
