We are proud to share an exciting milestone in the NEOM Residential Communities project!

Through Alfanar Projects’ SR10 billion investment, this development is redefining the standards of workforce housing at NEOM, blending advanced technology, sustainability, and exceptional quality. This visionary initiative fully aligns with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 and reflects the Kingdom’s drive toward innovation and excellence.

As part of this landmark project, we had the privilege of supplying a comprehensive lighting package that brings life, safety, and efficiency to these communities. Our scope included:

• Over 3,000 street lighting fixtures — a mix of solar-powered and conventional systems, ensuring safe and reliable illumination across the road networks.
• Around 4,000 post-top lighting fixtures for landscapes, parks, and garden pathways, enhancing the outdoor environment and residents’ experience.
• More than 40,000 indoor lighting fixtures for residential buildings, designed to deliver superior energy efficiency, long lifespan, and exceptional visual comfort.

These lighting solutions were carefully selected to support the project’s sustainability goals, reduce energy consumption, and create vibrant, human-centric living environments for the workforce community.

Spanning over four million square meters and designed to accommodate more than 50,000 residents, this project is setting a new benchmark for modern urban living. We are honored to illuminate these communities and support NEOM’s vision of building a brighter and sustainable future.
